During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You may be required to submit identity verification documents (KYC) including a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification as a condition of account approval, withdrawal processing, or as required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

sz555 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional verification documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.

sz555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your negligence or failure to follow reasonable security practices.

All activity conducted on your sz555 account, including wagers, deposits, withdrawal requests, and changes to account settings, is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify sz555 to the contrary in a timely manner.

sz555 supports the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions on the sz555 Platform are conducted in PKR unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your sz555 wallet balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. sz555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by sz555 in the order in which they are received, subject to successful completion of any applicable identity verification or KYC checks.

• sz555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

sz555 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which sz555 accepts no responsibility.

sz555 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered sz555 accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the applicable offer terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sz555 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or miscalculation in odds or game mechanics, whether intentionally or through continued play after becoming aware of the issue.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an sz555 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sz555 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of sz555 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical error or Platform outage.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.

In all cases where sz555 is found to be directly liable, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your sz555 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sz555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
